Most therapists simply place cups and leave them. I take a different approach. By combining Sports Massage with Myofascial Cupping, I create treatments that are dynamic, effective, and tailored to your specific needs.
For example, if I’m working on an injured knee, I might place cups on the hamstrings and calf while massaging the back. As the cups do their work, I move to the other side, releasing tension through massage. Then I return, remove the cups, and complete the session, ensuring both legs and the back are thoroughly treated.
This integrated method allows me to:
✅ Maximize recovery and mobility
✅ Target multiple areas simultaneously
✅ Deliver deeper, longer-lasting results
Whether it’s a 90-minute session or a full 2-hour sports massage, cupping can be seamlessly woven in to enhance performance, recovery, and overall healing.
Because it’s not just about putting cups on, it’s about combining techniques in the right way to make a real difference.
