We were delighted to attend Reading Football Club Dementia Awareness Event, where we had the opportunity to exhibit and share details of our non-resident community events, including our dementia-friendly cinema screenings and Community Carers Café. We were also joined by some of our wonderful residents, who enjoyed the activities on offer. 💙

Everyone arrived in great spirits and enjoyed a complimentary hot drink and sweet treat before getting involved in the day’s activities. From live musical entertainment to a fun and energising seated boxing session, there were plenty of smiles and laughter all around!

Our Client Liaison team also had a fantastic time connecting with other organisations, sharing knowledge, and learning more about the support available for those living with dementia.

A brilliant day out for everyone involved! ⚽✨

Our specially designed outdoor spaces are easily accessible for all residents, with flat, hard surfaces to support mobility aids and wheelchair users. Open spaces and comfortable garden furniture create a welcoming, high-quality outdoor experience for everyone to enjoy.

There’s something truly special about our residents coming together for our flower arranging sessions 🌸

Whether it’s arranging flowers, keeping them watered, or simply admiring the blooms, these moments create so much more than just beautiful spaces. They bring people together, spark conversations, and offer a chance to enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and meaningful way.

For some residents, it’s a chance to chat and share stories; for others, it’s simply about being quietly present alongside friends.

Most of all, it gives our residents a real sense of pride and joy. Seeing the flowers they’ve carefully styled blooming throughout the home is truly heartwarming 💐

What an egg-citing afternoon! 🐰 Today, we welcomed over 200 visitors hopping around our gardens, hunting clues, and uncovering our hidden Easter message! 🧐💌

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces – families, friends, and guests, all enjoying our beautiful gardens and home!🌳

A special shoutout to Moose & Mabel, the adorable donkeys, and the Easter Bunny, for spreading joy to every visitor! 💖

Even better, we were raising funds for ReadiFoods, supporting their amazing work. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make a difference while having a blast! 🌟

On Wednesday 25th March, we were delighted to host a Falls Prevention Workshop at Signature at Caversham, led by Raj and Hannah from Therapies on Thames- Rehabilitation matters for elderly.

It was a fantastic session, with a great turnout and plenty of engagement. Guests left feeling inspired and empowered with practical knowledge to help reduce the risk of falls and maintain independence.

At Signature at Caversham, every resident benefits from a complimentary professional assessment by TOT upon admission, ensuring expert-led, personalised support from day one.

We also offer a dedicated weekly Falls Prevention Clinic, which has achieved outstanding results — including an approximate 56% reduction in falls. A testament to the impact of proactive, specialist care.
