I was reminded of this image when I went to talk to my children's classes at school recently. Did you know that looking down at your phone can make your head effectively 6 times heavier than if you were looking straight ahead. It means that the muscles in your neck and upper back have to work much harder to support you head. It's better to lift your phone a bit to look at it rather than look down at it when it's held low.

There is a change in schedule over the next month to allow all patients to be seen as usual even with all the bank holidays and annual leave clashes! So Rebecca will be coming in extra days as shown below and Marie will be available on Monday 1st of May in the afternoon. Please let us know if you can not find anything that suits you and we will try our best to accommodate.

This is a video so that you may recognise the outside and know where the treatment room is once you get into the building. 📈 We would like to keep you inform on some price changes coming up in May which will allow the business to keep operating as it is with the same treatment durations available. We are grateful to all our loyal and lovely patients and ask for your understanding. We remain available if you need to reach out with any concerns at admin@thetilsworthclinic.co.uk. 🙏

🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️ We now have access to a private gym within the premises of Unlock fitness which has been a very beneficial addition to the clinic when practicing self-management exercises included in our patients treatment plans. Personal Trainers are also available if this is a service you require.

⌛ We offer longer appointments at our clinic to make sure we have time to treat the body as a whole and consider all predisposing and maintaining factors especially in more complicated cases. As people come to us with multiple issues, these sessions are particularly beneficial.

⏱ Some conditions may require shorter appointments and those are also available.
