HOT STONE MASSAGE
This is a form of massage that uses heated stones that are smooth by placing them on the body or using for massage. This is very relaxing and can help loosen tight muscles.
Hot stones were used by Native Americans to treat aching muscles and this has since been the work of Mary Nelson in promoting its use.
The stones are made of basalt an iron rich stone that retains heat. The stones are heated at a high temperature and are hot and comfortable when used to induce relaxation and loosen muscles.
