What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of volunteer patients who work together with the practice to improve services, share feedback, and help shape the future of patient care. It creates a space for open discussion, new ideas, and collaborative problem-solving between patients and staff.
