On the 20th December 2025, I will be supporting team Precision PT who are raising money and awareness for Mental Health by completing a 24 HOUR gym session. I will be providing Sports Massage for them so come on down and cheer them on.

Raising money for Mind to honour those that lost to mental illness and those who have been affected by it in some way.

If you’re part of the gym or not - everyone is welcome. Come and join us at Precision PT Unit 2, Calico Lane, Furness Vale Business Centre. To take on the 24 hours, a few hours, or for some moral support.
