What a wonderful morning spent with these beautiful souls at today's Somerset Meetup. ✨️

We welcomed two new ladies into the community; Sophie at Beabouthealth
and, Bethan at All About You. 🩷

It was lovely to hear about each others businesses and specifically support three ladies with their challenges and opportunities. The power of the experience and creativity in the room - right there! 🙌

Hey lovely people, I have a few dates remaining for my reiki training this year, and some for January.

If you would like to have a call or message prior to booking please contact me.

I know training can feel overwhelming sometimes but the day I have created is super chill, cosy, and learning reiki is easy to learn, you do not need any experience or knowledge to participate. (Online & in-person)!

I am so grateful for the 3 students I have trained this year already, I’m excited for their journeys! 🌈

Yesterday was lovely to connect with new & regular practitioners at the clinic, we really do have some kind souls who practise here and I’m proud to be apart of it! (And those who new people booked in for reiki) 🤗

For anyone who hasn’t tried classes yet, you should!

For quite some time I haven’t been able to relax and my emotions have been overwhelming to handle by myself.

Portia created such a safe space, I was able to breathe through heaviness and can breathe more freely without tightness.
