droplets of life..🌱December often feels like a rush, but think of it as the quiet end of a cycle before the energy of the new year starts again.
Here are some prompts that have brought me clarity:
* Who or what have you genuinely outgrown and need to release before the year ends?
* Which of your daily habits are subtly draining your energy?
* Are you experiencing true fulfillment across all major areas of your life?
* Beyond self-care, how can you consistently show up for your own needs?
* What relationships, routines, or projects are truly serving your highest good?
* What does your soul need more of right now?
Physically, this month can be overwhelming, leading to burnout. What is helping me right now:
* Physical Declutter: Bin or donate everything that is old, broken, unusable, or simply taking up space. Start small!
* Digital Detox: Delete unneeded apps, old photos, irrelevant chats, and anything that is no longer aligned with where you are going.
* Schedule Rest Intentionally: Instead of trying to cram everything in, set specific, non-negotiable dates for a hobby, seeing friends, and genuine rest, off your phone.
* Close the Loop: Finish that small ongoing project, task, or commitment you’ve been putting off. Clearing that mental clutter will make the new year feel instantly lighter.
