As we ride the ups and downs of life 🎢, it can be hard to put words on how we are feeling emotionally.🤔 And sometimes, there are layers of emotions that accumulate🍰, and the surface emotion that we are experiencing, like stress, can be driven by a deeper emotion, such as fear.😬 These emotions can affect our body chemistry, our digestion and our levels of energy.

When it comes to supporting my client's emotional wellbeing, I like to muscle test Bach flower remedies. 🌼🌺🌻There are a total of 38 powerful natural Bach flower essences that we can test and combine to gently restore emotional balance between the mind and the body. Muscle testing helps getting to the true emotion(s), rather than how it is perceived by the client.💪

The remedies can be combined to the Emotional Stress Release technique,
which helps to perceive a situation more objectively. 🧘

Health is more that the absence of disease. It's our wealth. 🎁 It's about being able to fully do things that we like, to entertain ourselves, to work, to eat, to exercise, to think clearly, to socialise, to be comfortable. 🥰

To reach optimum health, we need a balance between several levels of wellbeing : our physical body, our mental health, our digestion, and our energy. I like to call them the square of health. If one segment is out of balance, our square of health is a bit wonky. ☯️

Often, the physical symptoms are usually the last resort for our body to tell us something needs adressing. 👻For example, a single emotion can sometimes reduce our appetite, or disturb our digestion, or even tense our neck muscles. It doesn't matter how much good food you eat, if you are stressed, sad or angry, your guts might not be able to convert all that nutritional goodness to give you the needed energy. 🥑

So the main question is : if the symptoms are just a collateral damage, how do I find the trigger? This is where Kinesiology becomes our little Sherlock, by carefully investigating our square of health, and finding what is needed to restore balance. 🧡
