This is a project weve been working on for a while, our replica Husqvarna TC 610 exhaust systems in titanium. All mandrel bent and fabricated in house.
There are 2 different styles of system depending on the age of bike. In the first picture the top system is for 92-98 husqvarna 610’s and this replicates the early Jackie Martens style factory system, and the lower exhaust in the first picture replicates the later factory systems 99-01.
Both styles of system are priced at £1650 plus vat and shipping. Feel free to either give me a call or message the page for any other questions 07734258732

Thats us finished for Christmas here at JEK!! Its been another great year, with some really interesting jobs coming through the shop. So heres a little video of some of the work we’ve done in 2025.

One of this weeks jobs has been Jim Larkin’s super clean Sierra. I think pretty much anyone my age (old as hell) and older will have some sort of memory of a sierra!! Ive sure got some great ones from my dads Ghia estate, too a crazy saph cosworth!!!
Jims car has an all steel 2lt zetec which we’ve then built a complete stainless system for, all equal length headers and a repackable silencer. Hopefully she’ll be singing very soon!!

This week weve had Tony Lewis’ lovely little Yamaha FZR 400 race bike in for a titanium exhaust system. Had to take myself back to school to learn sand bending on the fly for the small 16mm balance pipes on the headers, to which I surprised myself how well it went!! Maybe i’ll try some other stuff at somepoint
This system was fabricated to a proven design, just with the added bonus of super lightweight and the great colours Ti turns once heated!!
The system was all mandrel bent and purge welded in house. With a little bit of sand bending thrown in too 😂😂. A lovely bike, best of luck with your race next weekend Tony👍👍

This week we had Ed Spencers lovely ST180 ecoboost converted mk5 Fiesta in for a turbo back twin silencer system in stainless, to help keep within trackday noise limits. A really well built car, with an OEM looking engine bay!! Cars a credit to you Ed.
A true 3” downpipe then tapered into 23/4” for the remainder of the system. All fully purge welded with repackable silencers

The first of a batch of Ariel Motor Company titanium systems left us this week, bound for an Atom 4r that I believe is going overseas. These systems have been a while in the making, but we’re really happy with how they have turned out. A massive thanks to Performance Tube Products for their help in supplying materials, and helping with the design work also.
Its a real honour our small little fab shop in sleeply Somerset has been given this opportunity, long may it continue.
I Truly love working with titanium, sometimes its a real challenge but very rewarding at the same time!!
