You may experience a variety of sensations most people feel either tingling, pressure, warmth, coolness, a gentle sense of relaxation or pain coming to the surface and often dispersing as the energy goes to work. First healing session usually lasts and hour and a half and then if further sessions are required it is normally an hour, all sessions are completely confidential. I am a Spiritual Medium, which means that I link with your loved ones from the spirit world to obtain evidence of their survival and also help and guidance on issues you may be having in your life at the current time.
