👣 This case represents a complex presentation involving ingrown toenails with lateral hard skin affecting each nail. Despite their small size, the lesions are painful due to skin sensitivity and increased friction from footwear. The toenails are currently trimmed shorter than clinically recommended.

Management focuses on pain relief, reduction of mechanical pressure, and patient education regarding appropriate footwear and optimal nail length. The patient is advised to allow the toenails to grow slightly longer (approximately 1 mm) to reduce lateral nail fold irritation. Supportive care includes regular hydration of the nails and surrounding skin to maintain tissue flexibility and soften hyperkeratotic areas.

✨ Ongoing treatment is planned, as the feet present with 25 small corns requiring continued care.
