From 1st June, I am looking for committed individuals with an interest to join a 16 week personal training programme. Sessions are held every Thursday at 3:30pm, 4:30pm or 5:30pm.

This could be the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to make a positive lifestyle change through:

• Weight loss
• Building strength
• Creating healthier habits
• Recovering from injury with guidance
• Or simply feel fitter, stronger, and more confident

What do I ask from you?

✔️ Commit to attending weekly Thursday sessions from June until the end of September

✔️ Stay consistent and committed

✔️ Provide honest feedback and a short review

In return, you’ll receive:
☑️ 1:1 personal training tailored to you
☑️ Nutrition guidance to support your goals
☑️ Ongoing accountability, support & motivation
☑️ Access to a training app for workouts, check-ins & progress tracking
☑️ Coaching from an experienced fitness instructor with 10+ years in the industry, plus qualifications in massage and nutrition
