Thank you again to one of my amazing clients for spending the time to write this 🧡

When I learnt that Kinesiology could help the body by finding where issues were in a totally non invasive way I thought I'd try it so booked an appointment with Fiona. After telling her the problem she used a method of simple muscle reflexes which was absolutely painless and straightforward. From this she was able to tell where the problem was that caused the issue and was able to offer practical advice and self help that has really worked. Depending on the issue it could be a simple excercise or it might be the need for a suplement of some sort.

My understanding of kinesiology is that it (somehow - magically) uses muscle reactions to find imbalances in the body. The lovely Fiona will then recommend supplements etc. to address those imbalances.
