get the most out of everything you do.

However, first we need to know exactly what
you really want from your membership. That’s
why one of our consultants will sit down with
you and have a quick informal chat. They’ll
ask you for your likes and dislikes when it
comes to exercise and note them down on
our questionnaire. This will help us choose the
exercises that are right for you. We’ll then take you through a full induction, so
that you’re comfortable with all the equipment
and facilities. And don’t worry, even when
you've completed your induction, we’ll continue
to help you with your programme until you’re
comfortable to go it alone. Here at You Fit, we see ourselves
as a core part of the community, raising money
and awareness for local and national charities. Our members often play a key role by getting
involved with many initiatives.

For our monthly member coffee morning we have the pleasure of Hope and Light joining us to spread awareness of the lives they change for women who have been a victim of trafficking. The women who they have helped handcraft stunning pieces of jewellery that you can purchase TODAY ONLY!!!

Please come down and see what we have got down there! Our amazing member Helen has taken time to come down and spread awareness of what Hope and Light do. We appreciate what Helen does for these women who need help and the confidence to feel good about themselves again after the trauma that they have gone/going through ❤️

My name is Helen and I am a member at You Fit gym. I have recently visited Myanmar and Thailand with a charity called Hope and Light. The charity provides hope and light to exploited women and children. I witnessed some very dark situations, but I have also seen how the charity helps save lives and create safe environments. One way they do this is by teaching the women how to make their own unique jewellery, with 100% of the profits going back into their projects to support them. This leads me on to say that I will have some jewellery and leaflets available for you to purchase at the next coffee morning on 8th December. So if you are thinking of a special Christmas present for someone, but also giving to an incredible cause which I have seen first-hand, you might like to buy an item.
