Our hearts are full ❤️ A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday evening for "Love Yourself, Love Your Health."

It was a truly special night at our new home on Military Road. Even though we're not fully open and there is lots of work to be done, we were proud of how it came together.

To those who shared their personal stories - thank you. Your words were insightful, emotional, and above all, incredibly powerful. There is nothing more moving than seeing a community come together to break down barriers and support one another through shared experience.

A massive thank you to Trisha, Emma, and Rachel from the Medway Hospital Breast Screening Team. Having your clinical expertise and guidance was invaluable. Thank you for helping us educate, answer those tough questions, and provide the clarity our community deserves.

Awareness = Power 🎗️💪🏾

The evening proved that awareness through education - combined with the strength of lived experience, is a life-saving tool.

More than just a place to sit. 🪑✨

​As we prepare our new premise at 25 Military Road, we reached out to the community for help with furniture. The lovely Shantel from Henry Schein UK answered the call.

​They have incredibly donated 25 chairs for our new seminar space. To some, they are just chairs—but to us, they represent 25 people who can now sit comfortably while they learn about breast health, hair loss support, and early detection.

​This generosity allows us to continue our mission of providing a safe, welcoming space for life-saving conversations. Thank you, Shantel and the whole team at Henry Schein, for sitting with us in this journey! 💖
