We are thrilled to announce the addition of a NEW Thursday morning beginners class from 18th April 2024, taught by Inga, a qualified Osteopath. Inga's expertise and calming presence will benefit both beginners and those with some experience. With her in-depth knowledge of anatomy, this new class will be a valuable asset to our schedule.

You may recognise Inga as a long-standing student at the centre.

Who is this for?
For complete beginners, those who haven't practise in a while as well as regular students practicing at this level. No previous experience necessary.

Fully equipped studio, mats and props provided.

We will stay open
With the news of another imminent lockdown we would like to reassure our patients that we will remain OPEN. Osteopaths, Podiatrist and Acupuncturists are Allied Health Professianals and therefore classed as essential workers. If you come to see us at the clinic, your appointment is classed, under current regulations as an essential healthcare appointment.
We appreciate these are stressulf times for everyone and rising infection rate a worry. We would like to reassure you that we are following strict PPE guidelines and are doing everything we can for the savety of our patients and practitioners.

We are open again for Osteopathy, Massage and Podiatry appointmens.
Acupuncture, Reflexology and Homeopathy appointments have to wait a little bit longer. We will update you on when we will be able to offer those again.
We have new measures in place and are doing everything we can to keep you and practitioners safe.
We are still able to offer online Osteopathy appoinments for anybody who can not have a face to face session.
We are not able to see anybody in the high risk group. If you are usure if you should be attending the clinic please give us a call to discuss.

Osteopathy Telehealth consultations now available at the clinic

Due to the circumstances we are now offering online Osteopathy consultations.
We will be able to take a case history, go through some simple testing, answer your questions and advise you on the best course of action. That could involve exercises, some self treatment methods or if necessary refer you.

In case anybody is wondering what we are getting up to during the lockdown.
Andrew is making spoons and boot racks. I am growing some nice veg and reading books I have been meaning to read for a while. Lily is chilling in the sun. And the boys are being boys. No photos of them. Probably safer :-)
