What does companionship mean to me?
To me, companionship is about offering genuine emotional and social support — being there to listen, share a laugh, and provide comfort. With the right person, it can ease loneliness, boost well-being and self-worth, and help prevent the feeling of isolation.

As the long, dark nights draw in, many older people begin to feel more alone — often reluctant to ask for help or “be a burden” on their families. That’s where I can step in. I can offer friendly visits for a cuppa and a chat, as well as assistance with personal care, medication, and everyday household tasks.

Let me help take a little pressure off you and bring some companionship and care to your loved ones.

I hold an enhanced DBS, am fully insured, and have qualifications in Health and Social Care.
