Have you ever been to a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are βbathedβ in sound vibrations produced by instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and frame drums.
Unlike traditional music or guided meditation, a sound bath is passive: you simply lie on a yoga mat or sit in a chair, close your eyes, and allow the waves of sound to wash over your body and mind.
The goal is not to listen actively but to allow the frequencies to promote a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity. Sound baths can help with stress relief and sleep quality, and can even be helpful with pain management.
Please note that if you have any broken bones that are still healing, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have sound-induced epilepsy, a sound bath may not be suitable for you. Please check with your doctor first, and please let me know before booking your space.
