The George Clare Surgery is a three partner part-dispensing practice in the Fens in Cambridgeshire. The practice list size is currently 12151 patients.
We have 4 Salaried GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 7 Practice Nurses & 5 Healthcare Assistants.
Our clinicians are supported by Reception, Dispensary and Administration Staff which completes the Surgery Team.
Reception team have the hardest role of all; coping with the needs of the patients/clinicians and constraints of our appointment system. They endeavour to provide the best service possible to our patients in total confidence. It would be helpful for general enquiries to be made after 10.30am.
Dispensary team dispenses prescriptions for our patients who live more than a mile from the nearest chemist, and also process prescriptions for patients living within Chatteris.
Administration team provides secretarial and administrative support dealing with hospital referrals, clinical post, data entry, summarisation of medical records, and general administration.
