Abney Court is a purpose-built care home set within the beautiful grounds of Abney Hall Park in Cheadle. The care home provides residential, respite care and compassionate end of life care, as well as specialist dementia care. The friendly and caring team at Abney Court get to know each resident and put together a care plan that is tailored to their unique needs. They ensure residents can lead a fulfilling, independent and enjoyable life. Residents have access to a café where they can catch up with family and friends. There is also a cinema room to enjoy favourite movies, alongside a fully equipped hair and beauty salon where residents can get pampered. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Our wonderful residents had a magnifique time learning about automne (autumn) with Liz this week!
They enjoyed discovering new French words, sharing autumn memories, and even practising a few seasonal phrases — all while having lots of laughs together.

Baking together isn’t just about delicious bread — it’s about sharing memories, laughter, and the joy of creating something for everyone to enjoy.
Our residents loved reminiscing about family recipes and enjoying that first buttery slice straight from the oven!
