Our compassionate Home Care in Cheadle team provides person centred support to those in need of an extra helping hand at home. Care can start from as little as 30 minutes per week and ranges from respite, elderly and dementia care, up to live in care and complex care for more serious health conditions. We'll be there when you need us, whether that's to help you with the housework in the afternoon, support with getting dressed in the morning or for extra reassurance overnight. We ensure that all of our carers receive the correct training and background checks so that you have peace of mind that you're receiving the very best care that suits you in your home. Recently, we received this heartfelt message from Matt, a paramedic with East Midlands Ambulance Service, recognising the exceptional care provided by Sophie:​

"Sophie demonstrated exceptional dedication and compassion on scene and went above and beyond expectations by extensively exploring emergency care options to safeguard her client. I often think the good work of carers goes unrecognised and want to recognise the professionalism and empathy shown by Sophie. She is no doubt an asset to your company and it was a pleasure to see such high standards of care in a young person especially given the extreme pressures the whole health and social sector are currently experiencing"​

A festive day out to remember ✨🎄​

Joy recently enjoyed a magical trip to a local Christmas Fayre — a day filled with festive lights, browsing beautiful stalls, and making special memories.​

Thanks to the thoughtful planning and support from her care team, everything was arranged to ensure Joy could relax and enjoy the experience. ​

Vic, contacted Joy’s son, Rob, to see if this was something she’d enjoy and made sure all risk assessments were in place. She then carefully scheduled the visit so there was plenty of time for Joy to wander, explore and soak up the festive atmosphere.​

On the day, Joanne arrived for her morning visit, helped Joy get ready, and accompanied her to the event. Together they explored the Fayre, admired the decorations, and even picked out a lovely Christmas pudding ornament that Joy fell in love with. After a bit of shopping, they treated themselves to tea and a toasted teacake in the café — and even met Mr Blobby for a fun photo!​

Joy had such a wonderful time and has been telling other staff who visit her all about her day. She’s hoping to get out to more events like this, and we’re already keeping an eye out for what’s happening next in the community.​
