🌸 For Women in Perimenopause & Menopause — When Your Body Feels Like a Changing Garden 🌸
Lately, I’ve been hearing (and feeling) this a lot
“My body just doesn’t feel like me anymore.”
The energy dips. The sleep goes weird.
And even when you’re eating well and “doing all the right things,” something still feels… off.
I like to think of the body during this time as a garden that’s changing seasons.
It’s not dying or broken, it’s shifting into a new rhythm.
As hormones (the body’s irrigation system) change, some parts of the garden feel dry, others overgrown.
And that’s when kinesiology becomes the gentle gardener walking barefoot through the soil, listening.
Muscle testing shows us where the ground feels tight, where emotions or stress might be blocking new growth.
Sometimes, it’s old grief.
Sometimes, it’s just exhaustion from holding everything together.
When we lift those buried stones, the soil — your body — starts to breathe again.
And slowly, new wildflowers (your adrenals, your vitality, your calm) start to bloom. 🌿
You don’t need fixing.
You just need someone to help your body remember how to grow in this new season.
💬 I’m curious, how would you describe how your body feels right now?
Does the garden metaphor make sense to you?
