With over 30 years experience, Cheddar & District Funeral Directors are now in their ninth year in their dedicated funeral home. Situated on the banks of the River Yeo creating a relaxed and private ambience, giving clients a peaceful and comforting place to make their funeral arrangements. With its private arranging office and large dedicated chapel of rest, both having their own separate waiting areas, as well as a modern fully equipped mortuary, it really does offer all for visiting families. It also has its own large car park located outside the premises in the middle of Cheddar.

As the year draws to a close, it’s common to think of the people who are special to us – especially those we've lost. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in Light a Candle.
From 06 to 19 December we’ll be posting digital candles to in memory of those who can’t be with us during the festive season. If you’d like to create a virtual candle, please click the following link where you can choose a design and write a short message to a loved one.
There's no cost for you or your family to get involved and create an online memorial.

We’re pleased to announce the return of Light a Candle this Christmas!
Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.
Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.
We'll be sharing virtual candles on our page between 06 and 19 December. There's no cost for you or your family to get involved and create an online memorial.
