Providers of Ofqual registered First Aid, Mental Health and RLSS regulated courses Reflex First Aid Training is based in Cheddar, Somerset.

Our Ofqual regulated first aid, Mental Health and RLSS courses take place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. Courses are designed with a practical ‘hands-on’ approach to activities. We have fully qualified trainers and assessors available throughout the UK.

Our next FREE defib training session will be taking place in Godney Village Hall on 24th February at 6.30pm. No booking necessary but please drop a like or comment if you plan to come so we can keep an eye on rough numbers! We will be keeping a tally of everyone we have trained as the year goes on and hope to have a huge number to share with you at the end of the year!!! Come on Somerset, let’s get confident together!!! 🙌

What a whirlwind November and December it’s been at Reflex First Aid Training! 🚑✨

We’ve packed these last two months with energy, growth, and an incredible mix of people who share one powerful goal: keeping others safe.

This winter, we launched our new blended learning approach — combining the flexibility of online study with the same hands-on, confidence-boosting practical training we’re known for. And wow… seeing learners embrace it has been amazing!

We’ve had the privilege of training such a diverse group:
