Yes I have 1.5x the original video so it wasn't so long. This is far too quick for lymphatic massage and can actually be detrimental to you.

What I showed was a scrapping tool, a far more precise tool but please just be careful if you do ever try anything on yourself. Use the palm of your hands first as tools take a long time to get used to feeling the right pressure with.

is the original. Though I dont think she meant much by it, I think its important to highlight that this isnt as simple as rubbing yourself with wooden implements. 😂

Lower back pain when you deadlift ?

We worked on Katya's form in deadlift. I found that she loaded her back, she is not the only one, many others do the same.

This is not the perfect peform but she has improved immensely and we more hard work she will get so strong. Form is an on going battle for everyone.

The Lift Checklist

⭕️ Push the floor away rather than pulling the bar, focus on aggressively pushing your feet into the floor to initiate the lift, this should be through your glutes and quads.

⭕️ Maintain Tension:
Keep your arms straight and avoid trying to lift the weight with them, think of them as hooks.

⭕️ Keep the Bar Close:
Drive the bar up your legs, ensuring it stays in contact with your body throughout the movement.
hips and knees extend together. Don't lift your hips first, otherwise you will lift with your back.

⭕️ Achieve Lockout:
As you stand, your hips and knees should extend simultaneously.

⭕️ At the top, stand upright by bringing your hips forward, ensuring they and your knees are fully extended and locked. Avoid excessive leaning back.

The only two supplements I use. If you arent sure what to take, these are my two must haves.

If you want a subtle pre work and creatine that doesn't taste like you popped 6 sweetex in your mouth, I'd recommend these two from . The pre workout is low in caffiene, but I double scoop and it works a treat, no crash, all focus and i dont feel like I want to give up after one heavy lift 😂.

Pre work isnt essential, but creatine is 💯% a supplement anyone from any walk of life should be taking. If is the most researched and proven supplement to work. It's a naturally occurring substance in the body that needs topping up. It helps men and women even if you dont lift. I'd recommend taking it.
