Under-eyes are not the place for shortcuts.

The under-eye area has some of the thinnest skin on the face, with a dense network of blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic channels sitting just beneath the surface. This is why tear trough filler isn’t something to rush into anywhere, and why injector knowledge really matters here.

When done properly like this, tear trough filler works by gently restoring lost volume, smoothing hollows and softening shadowing. The goal is to better support the eye area, creating a brighter, more rested appearance while keeping everything looking natural and well balanced.

Using the wrong product, placing filler too superficially, or overfilling this area can lead to puffiness, lumps or a tired, heavy look. Because the skin is so thin and visible, even small mistakes show.

This one’s a special one 💉🤍

This was our beautiful Nurse Charley’s full face rejuvenation transformation, part of her post-pregnancy glow up ✨

When you’ve carried a baby, given everything to everyone else, and finally start to feel like yourself again, your face often tells that story before you do. Tiredness, softness where there used to be structure, little changes that creep in.

From this week’s lip filler files 📂

0.7ml of RHA Kiss placed precisely to restore hydration and create soft, natural definition, especially through the body of the top lip.

This client had previous filler around 2 years ago at The Muse with Nurse Chantelle and wanted to subtly rebuild volume without changing the natural shape.

Our focus this session was texture, hydration, and a touch more fullness medially, enough to refresh the lip, not rework it.

Placement was conservative, designed to respect the existing structure and allow for integration over time. Hydration and tissue quality will continue to improve as the product settles.

We often explain it like this: the under eye doesn’t sit in isolation.

Loss of volume in the cheek can pull everything downward.
