Join us for our next baby massage class. We offer classes 1-2-1 in the comfort of your home or as a group depending on your preference.

Our next group class takes place on Tuesday 3rd February Beaulieu Community Centre from 11am-12. Our classes are suited to babies from 6wks old and are largely focused on socials where we get to know everyone in the class and go out socially too for an afternoon tea or pub lunch as a group.

Happy new year...

Welcome to 2026. How was your festive season well rested and relaxed? Or was it busy and tiring?..

For many women the festive season has been busy and tiring whether that be caring for children or other loved ones, working or preparing for Christmas and hosting or maybe it's been travelling round to relatives and or friends.

A gorgeous weekend away in Cambridge pressing pause ⏸️... I took my sister off for a lovely weekend away to thank her for always being so supportive and the best sister and auntie I could ask for...

After a very tiring summer holiday period with the kids and juggling work, playdates, parties, home life etc. I loved nothing more than a spa weekend with my sister in Cambridge last weekend. We had so much fun.

If you know me you know I love my spa days and spa weekends. I've been on quite a few and there are never enough spa days/weekends.

What we did?

- Had a lovely treatments massages and facials
-Relaxed in the spa, whirlpool bath, steam and sauna.
- Reset our nervous system from being in the fast lane to more relaxed 😌
- Took a lovely river cruise to see the local universities of Cambridge and the other sites
-Did some shopping 🛍️
- Dined out and drank too 🍸
- Danced and sang 💃
- Had a lovely afternoon tea on our last day
- Had a lovely sleep in a very big bed in our hotel

How I feel now?
- So much more relaxed and lighter coming into a new week
- A more patient mum and wife
- Pleased that I recognised my own needs though it can be hard
- A complete boost in my mood and energy.

Self care looks so good on you! No more excuses.. you don't have time.. life's too busy.. it's time to put you first.

It's been so lovely to see a shift in the ladies I work with making some time for themselves and seeing themselves as worthy.

I am still on a mission to encourage more women to invest in themselves as you will see the benefits in your mental wellbeing, physical and emotional wellbeing from doing so. Us mothers tend to give everything we have to our children but are more hesitant to give to ourselves. Don't wait take advantage of the offer this week and book yourself in.

Baby reflexology- private 1-2-1 class..

What a beautiful morning I have had with such a lovely mum who is doing amazing with her little one 💕..

She booked in baby reflexology from home and both mum and baby loved it. Booking a class from home was so beneficial mum said:

Self care time: The one where you celebrate being a couple and being happily married 💒. Such a lovely weekend away in Bath with the hubby celebrating our 8th year wedding anniversary 💕

All thanks to my lovely sister and her boyfriend for having the kids to allow us to enjoy 48hrs complete TLC 😌..

People often ask about our marriage and say we look so happy what is the secret?. I honestly must say the following pieces of advise.

- Making an effort is so important once those kids have grown up your just left just the two of you. So make that time for date nights and weekends away where you can. Makes you reconnect and remember why you got together before the kids.

- Communication is key being able to talk to each other about the good, bad and ugly stuff.

- Having forgiveness ( but having those things in a marriage that you know you will never tolerate.

- Having a laugh , my husband and I laugh daily and I think that really helps us stay happy.

- Enjoying each others company and talking daily. I think this is important as so many couples nowadays don't make that time for one another and become so distant. There will always be ups and downs however but its important to try to come back together.

- Not expecting perfection, as no one is perfect and accepting them for who they are not trying to change them. Even though they may annoy you sometimes haha 😄

Pregnancy hand reflexology

What a pleasure it was to attend Vikki's pregnancy yoga classes last night at the Hamptons leisure centre and a couple of weeks ago at Hummingbird in Roxwell. I attended Vikkis's classes many years ago when pregnant with my boys. So it was lovely to return to her amazing classes to introduce myself to mums to be and show them some hand reflexology they can use on themselves to help them relax and sleep. As we know during pregnancy and especially during this hotter days , getting comfortable can be so tricky so the ladies were so thrilled to learn some do it yourself reflexology that they could try and home. Reflexology can be so beneficial for many things including relaxation, sleep, mood, stress relief and more..

Hand reflexology for a better night's sleep...

Is it just me or has your sleep been affected lately?.. whether its the hot night's or having lots on your mind this helpful video can help you to improve your sleep.

Here are more than 5 other ways you can help your sleep?

1. Not taking your phone to bed.. leave it downstairs as the bluelight from your phone maybe keeping you awake

2. No TV 1 hour before bed again it can make your mind wonder, make you worry or stress if you are watching the news for example and also the blue light is not very good for sleep.

3. Eat a sleepy food such as a banana or some porridge before bed as they contain tryptophan which help you sleep.

4. Have a consistent sleep routine , same or simular time each night and make sure your room is dark enough

5. Ensure you have had some explore to daylight during the day so your body know the difference between night and day.

6. Try some reflexology did you know it relaxes the nervous system and is soo beneficial for sleep.
