Shoulder reset in action 💪✨

This clip shows a sped-up + real-time look at a shoulder release session.
Client came in with restricted ROM, pain, and crepitus. Using a blend of deep tissue and sports massage techniques, we worked through the scapula to release restrictions and ease tight surrounding muscles — restoring smoother, more comfortable movement.
