Hamstrings have turned into wet paper towels from yoga practice continuing to make them more flexible.

Got to stay strong across that full range of motion so I don’t start limping around like a new born dear. (and before you correct me I’ll save you the trouble - a baby dear is called a fawn says Google! Woof….)

Small gang last night (Thursday’s 6:30 - 7:30 😉).

Such an intimate experience to teach a class ‘full’ of people you’re personal with in a secluded studio 🤙🏼
