9.5 months….
Of kicking my own butt 🤣
Of sticking to my plan like glue 👊🏻

But more importantly,
9.5 months…
Of being patient with myself 🥰
Of getting my head straight 🥰
Of getting the (early)menopausal help I very much needed 🥰
Of learning the key to balance 🥰
Of accepting that Im not in my 20s 🤣
Of taking time out and giving myself space 🥰
Of talking to those around me 🥰

Of understanding that in order to make physical changes, you need to get your head straight, accept help and be kind to yourself always 🫶🏼

It’s still a journey. It’s always a journey 🫶🏼

Ps - I promise I’ll start exercising properly soon! 🤣
