Have you been thinking about a breast lift? Also known as a mastopexy - this addresses empty or sagging breasts by reshaping the breast tissue and removing excess skin.
Many people with upper and lower lid laxity hear comments from people about looking tired when itβs often not the case.
Upper and eyelid blepharoplasty surgery has given my patient a much needed βrefreshedβ look. Minimal downtime and upper lids can be performed under local anaesthetic if you prefer.
My wonderful patient had just over 1kg of breast tissue removed per side.
This side by side picture demonstrates the difference itβs made. Reducing the breast tissue has given more emphasis on her waist and has addressed the size of the areolas.
Whilst she still has a good amount of breast tissue - this is more proportional to her frame.
My lovely patient underwent a combination surgery including:
- lipoabdominoplasty with muscle repair
- removal of breast implants
- breast uplift (mastopexy)
- fat transfer from stomach into breast for a βcustom cleavageβ
