🎄 Springfield Hospital Christmas Decoration Competition 2025 🎄

Last week we wrapped up our annual Christmas Decoration Competition — and what a fantastic display of team spirit it was! Departments across the hospital went all‑out with creativity, colour and festive fun, transforming their areas and bringing plenty of smiles along the way.

It’s always a joy to see everyone come together, share a bit of friendly competition and celebrate the season as one team. Moments like these remind us how special our Springfield community truly is.

Carl has been a valued member of Springfield Hospital since 2008. Every day, he and his dedicated team provide high‑quality meals tailored to the dietary needs of our patients, as well as delicious food for our staff and consultants.

Before joining us, Carl spent 10 years as Head Chef at the Marks Tey Hotel, and a decade prior as Senior Sous Chef at one of the Queen’s Moat Houses — truly food fit for a Queen!

Carl, your passion, dedication and delicious food have made a lasting impact on our hospital community. Thank you for everything you bring to Springfield.
