That’s 3 months down and 9 more to go

March was the month where I put the daily training to the test and completed a half marathon in 1hr 44. It’s a good base and I’ll continue to test my fitness across the year.

Next competition is Hybrid Games in 2 weeks. It’s been a welcome shift to more varied training and using the erg machines

April is well underway 📈
