What comes first m, action or motivation?
It’s easy to think we need to feel ready before we start something. That motivation will magically appear and carry us through. But often, it’s the other way around.
Procrastination tells us to wait for the perfect moment. But truthfully, action is what sparks motivation. That first small step, making the call, opening the laptop, putting your shoes on, sends a message to your brain: we’re doing this.
And suddenly, you’re in motion. That’s where motivation builds.
