I’m so excited to share this special Autumn 🍂 Pilates workshop with you!

We’ll start at the feet — working on mobility, awareness, and alignment — and move up through the legs to the glutes and pelvis. A full-body reset to help improve posture, walking, and ease in the lower back.

Today I officially became a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor 💪🧘‍♀️

It’s been a journey of deep learning, dedication, and movement exploration — from matwork to all the large equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower , Chair, and Barrels). I’ve loved every challenge and every “aha” moment along the way.

Huge thank you to everyone who has supported me — clients, family friends , mentors, and fellow teachers — you’ve kept me inspired and growing.
A special thank you to my incredible mentor Jo for your guidance, wisdom, and encouragement throughout this journey 🙏

I’m so excited to bring even more knowledge, creativity, and depth into the classes I teach, and to keep sharing the incredible power of Pilates with you all.
