Today’s Power of Posture – Head-to-Toe Alignment workshop reminded us how posture shapes how we feel β€” and how others see us. Tiny shifts, like placing β€œdots” on your arms, can make a big difference! πŸ’«

✨ The magic of the dots: if you know, you know β€” these little points take you into everyday life. Bring your dots back to set your shoulders in correct alignment, spread them to open your collarbones.

✨ Tip to try at home:
1️⃣ Neutral Posture – notice presence & ease
2️⃣ Collapsed Posture – feel the slump
3️⃣ Power Posture – chest open, feet grounded, breathe, dots in place
