Sobertarian

Sobertarian Tired of being tired. If my health was my wealth, I was smart but not feeling too clever. This is my journey - my eat sleep jiggle repeat for the next 365 days.

I decided something had to go and, being pretty much stuck with me, I started to jiggle my mind, body and hoopla. They say it takes a month to set a change - imagine what I could do over twelve! Rules of Jiggle Club:
- my journey is personal and professional
- be honest but not TMI
- don't embarrass the children (much)
- if feeling hmm about a subject assume I'm not alone
- cheap is not a bad word - Gucci made it that way - keep is as free and accessible as possible
- be local - value the here and now and now and now...(lil existentialist joke)
- smile...there is no shame we are all the same...(you just haven't seen my bits)

I had my last drink 3 years ago today, on April 13th, 2013. Whenever I celebrate these sobriety milestones, I tend to get a lot of congratulations for the fact I've made it some amount of time without alcohol. Which is, of course, a big, huge, crazy deal.
