Its important to get outside especially this time of year. A walk in nature or by the sea can be very healing. Notice what you hear, what you see and what you feel. Breathe in the fresh air.
Personally I like autumn 🍂 one of my fav months particularly the colours of trees and the leaves. Can make for some wonderful photos. Here are some of mine from over a few years 🍂❤️
