You don’t need high intensity to feel strong. This low-impact, steady-paced routine boosts circulation, warms muscles, and builds strength—without pressure, jumping, or strain.

Give it a try:

💚 1 min – March in Place (Gentle but Lively)
Lift knees a little higher, swing the arms softly for more activation.

💚 1 min – Step Touch Side-to-Side
Step right, step left. Add slow arm reaches if comfortable.

💚 1 min – Wall Push-Ups
Lean into the wall and press away with control. Easy on wrists and shoulders.

💚 1 min – Mini Squats or Sit-to-Stands
Go only as low as feels good. Smooth, controlled, and steady.

💚 1 min – Standing Knee Lifts
Alternate lifting each knee toward your hands. Light core activation.
