For a moment in time, just an hour, if you could escape the world and float away to a special place… well for my birthday this year that’s exactly what I did with the amazing To drift on warm water. Covered in a warm blankets as your stress and the strain just drifts away. Those of you who know me know this is my kinda special place. Where you can just go, just be, and relax. I can’t even begin to tell you how special it was. It doesn’t have to be floating but this lady is special and I think you will all find you return from the experience a different person. Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending an out of this world experience that was a Gong Bath. It’s all about well being and taking time as a carer, to care for yourself. A beautiful ceremony with the vibrations from the different sized gongs (deep, mid and high) washing over you. I left feeling so relaxed and calm. I can highly recommend. Yesterday I had the pleasure of an audience with .spector and the the wonderful discussing wellness from what we eat and how we source our food and cook it. Have to say it was fascinating and we finished off the talk with some amazing food to eat from the talented chefs. For so many of my massage clients we talk about food whilst you are on the treatment table and boy, after having the privilege of being part of this private talk will I have more to discuss with you!! I know several of you already are part of the nutrition program which again I am fascinated by. .spector has a new book out that’s taken him 7 years to prepare and it will change your thought process about food for sure. About last night… well for all of my perimenopause and menopause clients I had the pleasure of an evening with Dr Louise Newson and Kate Muir. I’ve been referring so many of you to Dr Newsons clinic in Stratford for several years now but to have a private evening with her knowledge was to be honest, empowering and liberating. She has a new book out which explains in great detail about her knowledge and it’s backed by so many other great and well respected health professionals. Like so many of you, I have bought and googled so much in menopause, but last night changed me and my knowledge and thoughts so much. For those of you who this post is relevant, please feel free to message me to discuss in detail. All I can say is… continue to spread the word… it makes such a difference. Paula ❤️

Hello. Welcome to a new year. As a therapist I’m not the greatest at posting all the time. I often feel like it’s interrupting your lives. However, I just wanted to say I’m always here.
