What you water, will grow →

3.5 years ago, this little plant sat by our front door
— small, hopeful, and full of potential.

Today, it’s verdant, full, and reaching for the heavens… a beautiful reminder of how much can change with just a little time and care.

Our studio has grown in much the same way — from one small room to an additional treatment room, a second therapist (who has become such an amazing facialist), and a reputation we’re so incredibly proud of.

But most importantly, we’ve grown through the flourishing,
meaningful relationships with you.

It’s always been more than just skin with us.

This week’s little joys:

1. — Conrad’s Exhibition A proud moment — latest exhibition at our upstairs gallery . With lots of sunshine to greet his beautiful new work. 
2. — Wedding Time! Usually I’m behind the scenes, prepping skin for the big day.
But this weekend, I got to be a guest!
Congrats to Molly & Ross—what an joy to celebrate with you. 
3. — Rainbowls Poke Bowl Okay, I’m officially hooked. My fourth visit to .cafe since they opened 🙈This time: soy salmon, radish, avo, cucumber, crispy onions on rice.
Great food for good skin!

4. — Cheltenham Jazz Fest One of my favourite local weekends — mates, sunshine, live jazz and good food from . This town really shows off 🎷 
5. — Studio Training Always learning. Had the talented Al Williams join us for a full day of massage technique training — feet, scalp, shoulders. Heaven. 
6. — Hot Yoga at Ella & Fleur A full-body reset. These weekly sessions keep my legs happy for runs and clear my head like nothing else.
, my non-negotiable time for myself! 
7. — Homemade Dinner
To wrap up this week I made some chicken meatballs, flatbreads with nigella seeds, and summery salads. Some food to match this warmer weather.
