Meet Helen 💖

Here is what Helen has to say about teaching:

Hi everyone,

I am Helen, and I have dedicated my most recent work life and spare time to coaching Pilates, Yoga and all things fitness within my lovely community, wherever I have lived.
For me, movement and exercise is not just about looking good (although it helps!) it's about how it makes you feel and how it sets you up for daily life. It's about healthy lifestyles, pain/illness prevention and feeling good! 🙌🏼

My hope is that through my classes you will find some time for the mind and body connection, improve movement patterns and have some fun too.

I look forward to meeting you x ❤️

We're thrilled to welcome Maddy to the wonderful team at Reform 117. Her energy, expertise, and beautiful reformer flows are a perfect fit — and we can't wait for you to experience them.

Here, in her own words, Maddy shares a bit about herself.

With a background in designing luxury gyms and wellness spaces, I eventually followed my passion for movement and became a Pilates instructor. I’m all about anything that boosts mindset, strength, and overall well-being.
My classes are designed to challenge you—physically and mentally—while keeping the energy high and the vibes positive. The goal? Leave feeling clearer, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
