Lift your heart up send your roots down! Use your practice to move things through you, be that a stuck thought, a rumination, an emotion or even your digestion! When we feel stuck somehow a simple bit of movement can uncover a fresh perspective. I love using inversions to stimulate my mind and clear the fog or stickiness! (An inversion is a posture where your heart is positioned above your head) Down dog is an inversion as is bridge and this is my variation on it this week :) What’s the inversion that gives you a fresh perspective?
