🌟 Embrace the turning of the year with Winter Solstice: Breath of Light – Mantra Meditation 108 OM at The Isbourne with Sunny Warbout - a powerful session of breath, chant and stillness.

📅 Saturday 20 Dec 2025 | 13:00 – 15:00

🌀 What you’ll experience:

A “Breath of Light” ceremony to honour the season of inner stillness, guided by Sunny Warbout.

Chanting the mantra “OM” 108 times, designed to activate subtle energy channels, clear blockages and open the heart to its full potential.

A gentle guided meditation to reflect on the returning light, reconnect with nature’s rhythm and invite peace in this quiet, deep-time moment.

A welcoming space for all levels — whether sitting in a chair or on a mat, beginners or advanced practitioners are included.

✅ Why you should attend:

This is a chance to deliberately step out of the busy lead-up to the holidays and anchor into a slower, more meaningful rhythm.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and the turning toward longer days — making this moment symbolic for renewal, rest and reconnection.

You’ll leave with a deeper sense of stillness, clarity and soft glowing energy — a beautiful way to move into the season ahead.

🎒 What to bring & how to prepare:

Arrive a few minutes early so you settle in and choose either a chair or mat.

Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable layered clothing (you may be quietly still for part of the session).

Come with an open heart and willingness to explore inner space rather than external doing.

Booking is required — this special event is limited, so secure your spot soon. https://isbourne.org/events/winter-solstice-breath-of-light-mantra-meditation-108-om

🌟 Step into a moment of calm and renewal with STARS, CANDLES, AND EVERGREENS: A DECEMBER CELEBRATION OF LIGHT at The Isbourne with Karina Smith-Reyes.

📅 Thursday 18 Dec 2025 | 18:30 – 20:00

✨ What’s included

A guided candle-lighting ceremony to invite hope and illumination.

Insight into the symbolism of stars, candles and evergreens—emblems of renewal, resilience and light in the darker months.

A safe, supportive circle of sharing intentions, reflections and gentle community connection.

Journaling prompts and practical tools to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome fresh energy for the year ahead.

A seasonal self-care bundle and intention-setting guide included for attendees.

🧘 Why it’s a perfect time to join

The busiest time of year can leave us feeling scattered or disconnected — this workshop gives you space to breathe, reflect and reconnect.

It’s a beautiful way to honour the natural pause of the year and align with the returning light.

You’ll leave with tangible tools and a clear intention to carry into your daily life—not just inspiration but real-world uplift.

🎒 What to bring & note

Please bring: a water bottle, pen & notepad, yoga mat and cushion/blanket for comfort.

Booking in advance is required (no drop-ins) as spaces are limited. https://isbourne.org/events/stars-candles-and-evergreens-a-december-celebration-of-light

The event operates a flexible three-tier pricing system (Supported / Standard / Sponsor) to make this accessible to all.

A hub of wellbeing and spiritual development, running a variety of inspirational courses, workshops and talks

Originally founded in 1995, we remain one of the UK’s leading holistic organisations. We are committed to providing people with the tools, resources and encouragement to inspire happier, healthier and more positive lives.

The educational arm of the organisation was launched in 2014, providing holistic education with professional credibility to a wider audience. As well as developing and running a programme of Quality Endorsed and Accredited courses on a range of subjects, we also provide training for holistic practitioners to help them grow their own businesses and further their professional development.

The Isbourne boasts an impressive programme of distinguished guest speakers from across the UK (and beyond), and a packed schedule of regular classes for all ages and abilities. As a mark of quality all therapists practicing out of our therapy rooms must first be approved through an Affiliation process, and as a result we have a catalogue of over 100 recommended local practitioners offering a vast range of treatments and therapies.

We also offer a variety of services aimed at local businesses, including increasing the effectiveness of internal training and improving the wellbeing of staff. The Isbourne has a thriving outreach programme working with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups within our local community, including Gloucestershire Young Carers and the female prisoners at HMP Eastwood Park.
