I will guide you through a carefully curated flow located at the gorgeous Orange studio in central Cheltenham, using the wall and various healing props to help support and stretch you to a much deeper level than just floor work ✌️
Yin yoga is a style of yoga that involves holding various seated and reclined poses for a longer period of time to help you stretch deeper whilst quieting the mind. The poses are mainly seated, lying down - with no sign of planks, dynamic Sun Salutations, or Warriors.
I add in a unique energy clearing for every student with master healing Reiki at each session, and provide blankets, bolsters and chakra sprays to really enhance your deepest soul healing ❤️🩹 Please wear comfortable layers and bring water and an open heart. We have mats if needed👌
My exclusive sessions are 60 minutes and limited 8 per session to enhance your intimate space and deepest healing experience ✨
