Monday 4.30- 5.25

It's been a while since I've posted! I wanted to let you know we have spaces on our Wednesday classes at 4.15 and 5.20 in the beautiful venue of St Phillip and James church with Rachel (an experienced physiotherapist)

We are now doing classes in this lovely space in Leckhampton. Currently there are spaces on Wednesdays 4.15 and 5 20pm
