Come and join in on the fun this Saturday, we will be washing cars all day to raise money for the gym and its community.

Bring your car down or come wash a few cars, all support is appreciated 🙂 It will be taking place from 7am - 4pm in the Trinity Lane car park.

Meet Jamie Bell 👋🏻

Jamie is one of our powerhouse PTs here at The Armoury 💪🏻 — with a passion for core strength, mobility, and above all, running. 🏃‍♂️

He’s a competitive runner on the national scene and leads our Run Club every Thursday at 6pm — open to all levels!

But that’s not all — Jamie is also a qualified sports masseuse, offering:
💆‍♂️ £40 – 60 mins
💆‍♂️ £25 – 30 mins
(And yes, he’s really good.)
