I am a Mum of a 4 year old boy and a qualified reflexologist offering individual reflexology appointments and workshops for parents. Passionate about improving your and your family’s wellbeing with the power of touch and reflexology. Reflexology can help with relaxation, stress relief, improve circulation, sleep and strengthen your immune system. Providing bespoke reflexology sessions to help to improve overall wellbeing. A safe pair of hands and listening ear, with one-to-one sessions completely confidential and tailored to your individual needs. I am in the process of expanding her training to include Reflexology for Menopause and will be able to offer tailored sessions in the future. I am looking forward to also taking parents on this amazing journey to discover the basics of reflexology and how to offer it to their children from any age.

Please come and join the fun at our Autumn Event!

* A Pumpkin trail around Benhall park -can you find all 12 animals? Pick up your trail sheet from school
* Children’s pumpkin carving competition - bring your carved pumpkins and enter the competition. (Drop off 12-2pm) Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. No cost to enter
* Refreshments at school - tea, coffee, squash, hot chocolate. Cakes and Sausage Rolls.
* Craft tables
* Forest school activities

Money raised will go towards supporting Benhall Infant School in their purchase of laptops.

I know it's not but August always feels like the middle of the year for me and chance to take a break and look backwards and forwards. If you get a chance to reflect on July, you can use some of the helpful questions from my post yesterday, that also help you to plan ahead and get the most out of the summer month. If getting the most out of August is relaxing, resetting and recharging that's also a great plan!

Here is a suggestion of how you can start to improve your self-esteem, take a notebook and divide it up into sections, such as:

- Things I've done that I am proud of
- Things in life that make me happy
- What I like about myself
- Ta da - what I have achieved today

Carry your notebook with you at all times, and add to the sections whenever you have the chance - perhaps try to add three entries each day.
