Your progesterone is ‘normal’
…but normal for what? 👇
Most clinics use a simple cut-off (like >30) this confirms ovulation and so is classed as a normal result.
But it does NOT tell you:
❌ if levels are optimal for implantation
❌ if timing was correct
❌ if your body can sustain pregnancy
The biggest issue I see?
👉 Testing at the wrong time
Day 21 only works for a textbook cycle
…and most women don’t have one
✔ Always test 7 days after ovulation
✔ Use OPKs and BBT tracking to confirm
Because:
A number without context is just a number.
