This day isn’t just a shout-out to guys; it’s a chance for us to recognise the incredible role models in our lives and emphasise the importance of men’s well-being. As we gear up for 2025, the theme "Celebrating Men and Boys" is a perfect reminder to appreciate the richness they bring to our world. Whether they are fathers, brothers, friends, or mentors, men offer unique perspectives and strengths that greatly enhance our collective experience. It's also a moment to address men’s mental health and the challenges they face, encouraging open dialogue and support. So, on this International Men’s Day, let’s celebrate the good, support each other, and foster an environment where everyone feels valued.
