This has come up a lot in life and in my client work recently. That struggle with sitting with your feelings, your mind, your thoughts and resisting the urge to constantly push them away.

Love this for this morning's reflection 🤍 As Eckhart Tolle said, 'rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them.'

And for me, this is what much of my work is about. Offering that guiding hand to help open up that awareness, because, for many people exploring their own thoughts and feelings can feel like a scary place to be. But I can walk with you, I can hold those thoughts, unpick them, and help you to understand them in a way that doesn't make them feel so frightening 🤍

I am expanding! As well as my beautiful practice room in Cheltenham, I now have an equally beautiful room in Bagendon, Nr Cirencester. Located just off the Welsh Way, surrounded by fields but easily accessible from Cirencester, Swindon, Stroud and Cheltenham.

Any excuse to try out my new acrylic pens. We've been creating gratitude jars, ready to fill with little notes of gratitude (look for the glimmers ⭐️) and one of my clients came up the absolutely brilliant idea of creating an unworry world in a jar, full of their favourite things.
